Pyramid of deliciousness.

I've had the pyramids on my mind the last couple of days. Feeling hopeful that this year or early next I might actually get to see them in real life.

Then in my emails this morning I saw this! and now I am so very hungry. How good does it look! Pity its only served at a place called Devi in New York. I'm no chef but I might just give it a stab myself at home!
